What counts as a “site”?
Any active project with its own budget, schedule, or labour register. Closed and archived projects don't count.
Is there really no per-user fee?
Correct. Invite every foreman, accountant, owner, and auditor. You shouldn't be rationing logins to your own people.
How long is the trial?
21 days, full feature set, no card required. We'll help you onboard one site so you can evaluate with your real data.
What does implementation look like?
For Crew you do it yourself in an afternoon. For Company we run a two-week onboarding (data import, training, first payroll). For Group, a dedicated lead and a 30–60 day rollout plan.
Where is the data hosted?
Indian region by default (Mumbai / Hyderabad). SOC 2 Type II controls, daily backups, 99.9% uptime SLA on Company and Group plans.
Can I cancel anytime?
Monthly plans, yes — billed month to month, cancel before the next renewal. Annual contracts on Group run the contract term.
